This module is preparing the us to explore and investigate commercial value and practical aspect by focusing on retails, offices, cafe and etc. we challenge to consider and develop strategies related to personal design philosophy, brand, manufacturer, materials and processes, construction and technology, ergonomics and lighting in producing a resolved interior design solution.

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN II

This module is an extended study on spatial design for human habitation and work. The concerned underlines the foundation of specialist knowledge and appreciating the scope and context of the discipline. The idea of the course is about exploration of design inspiration that is functional, expressive and considerable to the surrounding environments. By understanding space matrix and requirement, students should be able to execute ideas through colour, application of materials and interior detailing to the given design project.
we learn to develop their understanding of interior space and form. The purpose of the module is to enable us to express ideas and inspiration, defining multi-functional design in a compact space, application of colours, selection of materials and demonstrate interior detailing in design project. The exploration exercises will take into considerations of space matrix and requirements such as schematics diagram and mind mapping.

Community Service is a form of service learning. Service learning is basically using curriculum to help foster a sense of care and concern among students for their community and the world at large. This can be your village, an orphanage or a distant dying species. In the process of you recognizing and taking steps to meet the needs of others, you will enhance your creative, critical and reflective skills.
More importantly this module will help develop your personal and social responsibility. You will learn through participating in a service experience and you will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge in real-life situations. You will be exposed to community needs and experience caring for another person and learn about the resources available to people for revitalizing their communities.
Finally, students will have the opportunity to develop basic knowledge and skills in community service strategies, tactics, and techniques, including the art of volunteerism.
